Owner and local technician

Meet Jeff Martin

Jeff founded Roaring Mouse Systems to provide dependable computer support without the confusing language and impersonal experience often associated with technical service. Customers work directly with an experienced local owner who focuses on understanding the symptoms, diagnosing the cause and explaining practical options.

Over the years, Roaring Mouse Systems has helped local customers with computer repair, viruses and malware, wired and wireless networking, software installation, new-computer setup and file transfers.

The Roaring Mouse approach

Technical experience explained in everyday language.

You should not need a computer degree to understand what is happening to your own equipment.

  • Listen to what the customer is experiencing
  • Diagnose before recommending a purchase
  • Explain repair and replacement choices clearly
  • Provide onsite service when the environment matters
  • Build long-term local relationships
